For the purposes of this guarantee, measurable improvement refers to observable changes in one or more post-click indicators, including but not limited to:

• Speed-to-lead or response handling
• Lead-to-booking or inquiry conversion
• Appointment volume or qualified conversations
• Show-up rates
• Estimates requested or next-step actions taken after interest exists

Revenue growth or increased MRR is not required to qualify for a refund request.

Notify OpsGuardIQ within the 60-day window following engagement completion. No additional documentation or justification is required beyond confirmation that the agreed-upon deliverables were implemented as outlined.

This guarantee exists to remove execution risk — not to guarantee financial outcomes. It applies to the quality and implementation of deliverables, not to downstream business results outside OpsGuardIQ's direct control.
