Appointment volume or qualified conversations

Show-up rates

Estimates requested or next-step actions taken after interest exists

Revenue growth or increased MRR is not required to qualify for a refund request.

To request a refund, simply notify OpsGuardIQ within the 60-day window following engagement completion. No additional documentation or justification is required beyond confirmation that the agreed-upon deliverables were implemented as outlined.
